• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.
• During high-demand periods or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

We offer standard, expedited, and priority shipping options:

• APO/FPO addresses (delivery may take longer)

Note: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Restrictions

• We cannot ship to P.O. boxes using expedited or priority shipping.
• Hazardous materials, if any, may require special handling and extended delivery time.

Delays or Missing Deliveries

If your order is delayed or missing:

• Contact the shipping carrier
• Reach out to our support team if unresolved after 48 hours

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
