Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Only non-custom and non-perishable items are returnable
  • Product must be defective, damaged, or incorrect

Note: We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these criteria.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@printinkcare.com with:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Opened or used ink cartridges
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items
  • Returns beyond the 7-day window

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
